“Rebuild Better: Why We Can’t Return to Normal”

The pandemic has revealed; inequity in access to safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, lack of resilience in infrastructure and the need for innovative resilient and equitable solutions to achieve ADG 6. There will be no return to normal nor should we want to make this return. Instead we have an opportunity to rebuild better. We are now seeing a range of stakeholders not only map out the world we want but also implement these changes. This keynote and corresponding panel session will provide exciting visions for a better world but practical examples of successful circular economy programs and projects.
